In this episode, I interview Kiran Gill, who is a senior Industrial Relations student in the Faculty of Arts at McGill University. He transferred into the program from McGill’s Desautels Faculty of Management in 2021.
He’s worked for the Canadian government as an Administrator and a Human Resource Project Officer. He also has experience as a Research Assistant at the Center for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto.
This fall, he studied abroad at the University of Amsterdam for four months.
Today we cover his experience at McGill's Desautel Faculty of Management, why he switched to Industrial relations in the Faculty of Arts, how he’s consecutively landed research and related work experience every summer, and his experience studying abroad in Amsterdam.
